Position: Quality Control, Dispatch & Inventory Executive
Location: Central Production Kitchen, Kochi
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage food quality checks, dispatch coordination, and stock inventory at our central production kitchen. This is a key operational role ensuring food safety, accurate dispatch to all outlets, and tight inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished food items before dispatch
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all stages of production
- Coordinate and verify daily dispatch quantities to outlets
- Maintain accurate stock inventory records — raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Track stock levels and flag shortages or excess proactively
- Maintain dispatch and inventory documentation/logs
- Coordinate with kitchen and outlet teams for smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in food production, QC, or warehouse/inventory roles preferred
- Basic literacy and comfort with maintaining written/digital records
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
- Knowledge of FSSAI/hygiene basics is a plus
