Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage billing, quantity measurements, contract administration, and commercial activities for Government Building Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ preparation, RA Bills, Final Bills, GCC/FIDIC conditions, and ensure accurate documentation with complete audit compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and contractor bills.
- Record measurements and prepare Measurement Books (MB) as per CPWD/PWD norms.
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and contract agreements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors for billing approvals.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure timely bill submission and payment follow-up.
- Maintain contract documentation, billing records, and audit-ready files.
- Support variation orders, extra item claims, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ensure compliance with GCC/FIDIC conditions and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for Government Building Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, MB preparation, GCC/FIDIC, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
