Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Candidate Onboarding Manager to assist candidates throughout their onboarding journey on the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide candidates regarding career services, subscriptions, and platform features.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Support
- Guide candidates through the complete onboarding process on the Vryfide platform
- Assist candidates with profile setup and platform navigation
- Help candidates understand career services, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
- Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience
Candidate Engagement
- Connect with candidates through calls, chats, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication
- Understand candidate requirements and provide suitable career solutions
- Encourage active platform usage and engagement
Sales & Career Solution Promotion
- Promote career development services and subscription plans
- Educate candidates about professional upskilling programs and career tools
- Achieve onboarding and conversion targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Resolve candidate queries and provide timely support
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding and candidate interactions
- Ensure high levels of candidate satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements
- 0–4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, Recruitment, EdTech, HRTech, or Client Handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
