Be Well Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented professional to strengthen our doctor referral network and support patient acquisition across our secondary care multispeciality hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and nursing homes.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and promote hospital specialties and services.
- Facilitate seamless coordination for referred patients, including appointments, consultations, and admissions.
- Identify and onboard new referral partners within the assigned territory.
- Organize doctor engagement activities, CMEs, and networking events.
- Track referral performance and submit periodic reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred).
- Fresher–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, doctor relations, healthcare business development, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
