Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth, develop SEO strategies, and lead a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, content, metadata, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with development teams.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Manage link-building campaigns and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, design, and development teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop SEO processes, SOPs, and quality standards for the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including team management.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website performance optimization.
- Experience with content strategy and SEO-driven content planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale SEO projects.
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and international SEO.
- Experience with SEO automation and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications.
