Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Kannada Language Trainer to join our language institute. The ideal candidate should have strong Kannada language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach learners from beginner to advanced levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Kannada language classes for students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive learning activities.
- Teach Kannada grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversational skills.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students’ learning needs.
- Support students in improving practical communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong command of the Kannada language (spoken and written).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in teaching/training Kannada is preferred.
- Passion for language teaching and student development.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Basic knowledge of English or other regional languages is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Certification or experience in language teaching will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹39,280.14 per month
