Job Description – Workshop Advisor

Role: Workshop Advisor
* Handle customer interactions and ensure a seamless service experience
* Manage inspection operations for 60–70 cars on a monthly basis
* Coordinate with technicians and workshops for smooth repair and operational activities
* Manage vendor operations, including third-party vendor coordination and payout tracking through central processes
* Oversee vehicle pick-up and drop operations to ensure timely movement of cars
* Support workshop management and day-to-day operational coordination
* Ensure smooth execution of inspection, servicing, and delivery processes while maintaining operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual with strong automobile technical knowledge and operational understanding. The candidate should have experience in automobile warranty, operations, and technical management, along with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Requirements
* 1–5 years of experience in Automobile Warranty / Technical Services
* Graduation Degree
* Strong problem-solving and operational management skills
* Ability to think creatively and provide effective business solutions
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
