Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead business development, marketing, branding, and patient engagement strategies for the hospital. The CMO will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving patient acquisition and retention, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives.
This is a high-impact role for a senior marketing leader with healthcare expertise, digital marketing acumen, and a passion for improving patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute the hospital’s marketing and brand strategy.
- Align marketing initiatives with organizational growth, clinical services, and operational goals.
- Identify opportunities for service line growth and market expansion.
Brand & Communication Management
- Build and maintain a strong, trusted healthcare brand.
- Oversee communication strategies including PR, advertising, digital campaigns, and community outreach.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels (offline and online).
Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Lead digital initiatives including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and patient engagement platforms.
- Implement programs to enhance patient loyalty, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
Business Growth & Revenue
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support revenue growth.
- Drive new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, budget utilization, and business impact.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with CEO, COO, clinical heads, and external agencies to ensure alignment.
- Engage with patients, partners, and the community to strengthen relationships.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct competitive analysis, patient segmentation, and market research.
- Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategy, campaigns, and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: 12–20+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within hospitals, healthcare networks, or large healthcare service organizations.
- Proven experience in brand building, patient acquisition, and marketing ROI.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, patient experience, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and corporate leadership.
