Responsible for helping Site HR Manager to accomplish HR-related tasks. Their work
involves carrying out administrative and tactical steps required to administer the HR
function in the areas of rewards, HRIS system updates scheduled compliance
requirements, employee onboarding and off-boarding, standard reporting and support
to HR as the HRIS champion.
· Assists in onboarding efforts, collection, data entry, and processing of relevant
candidate and new hire information; reporting
· Preparation and maintenance of employee files; conducting onboarding and
orientation activities and acting as a point person for all new employee questions.
· Responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing complete and accurate HR
files and databases relating to all employment and benefits-related records
· Coordinate and complete relevant compliance requirements.
· Work on compensation and benefits
· Work on employee engagement activities
· Support in site HSE requirements
· Support in Sourcing, Interviewing and offering new candidates.
· Support in Employee Exit Process
· Preparation of all letters (Offer letter, probation letter, service certificate, etc.,)
· Attend all training required for job responsibilities
· Upkeep of Records
· Update and Support in HR Tools
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
o Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process
o Conduct HR interviews and facilitate offer roll-out
o Manage onboarding and induction for new hires
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
o Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
o Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate when required
o Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
3. Performance Management
o Assist in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
o Provide guidance on appraisal systems and tools
o Support managers and employees in development planning
4. HR Operations & Compliance
o Maintain HR records, HRIS updates, and documentation
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
o Manage leave, attendance, and employee data accuracy
5. Learning & Development
o Coordinate internal and external training programs
o Track training participation and maintain records
o Support capability-building initiatives across teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HR systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage confidential information
Preferred:
- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting
- Experience in a global or matrix organization
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
