We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products or services, follow up with potential customers, and generate leads or appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional approach, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain customer information accurately. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an advantage.
