Roles and Responsibilities
- Need to meet all Retailers and Chemist Stores and other cities as per planned roster Tentative per day.
- Meet buyers (Medical retailers), sell the idea of B2B e-Commerce, where pricing is transparent with assured delivery without compromising on quality (same day or next day delivery).
- Generate orders from Retailers and meet assigned targets.
- Work with the team leader, together as a team to help solve the issues for the buyers.
- Maintain good relationship with buyers and always keep customer satisfaction at premium level.
- Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license
KRA's of Business Development Revenue Officer
- Need to follow up and have regular check with Hb's for HB App Usage for Order Reminder to customer through WhatsApp and SMS
- Overseeing proper operations in stores – ensuring proper business & delivery within TAT.
- Achieving Sales Target through HB's and team
- New Customer Registration and Order Per Month
- Customer Retentions Rate and Reorder Rate improvements
- Ensuring to have 300 NC Registration per Month through team
- Ensuring Reorder @90% and above for New and Repeat customer of HB through team
- Visiting Assigned HB's on a Regular Basis
- Ensuring Proper Branding and Marketing Activities for HB in the Purpose of Business Generation
- Responsible for Month -on-Month Business Growing of the assigned HB's
- Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license
