Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and organized Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist in travel planning and scheduling
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
