Position: Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the growth of our wellness and spiritual brand across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate should understand social media, content marketing, lead generation, and basic digital marketing, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging campaigns that generate visibility and business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the content, design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.
- Write and coordinate captions, social media posts, reels and promotional content.
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns and track campaign performance.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Support promotions for courses, workshops, consultations, events and wellness programs.
- Coordinate with influencers, collaborators and external partners when required.
- Maintain basic marketing reports covering leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
- Support both online and offline marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Ensure all communication remains consistent with the brand's tone and positioning.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing is preferred.
- Ability to create engaging marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Canva and other content/design tools is an advantage.
- Performance-oriented mindset with a focus on leads and conversions.

Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
