Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to test and validate Salesforce applications, customizations, integrations, and business processes. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions by performing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scope, strategy, and acceptance criteria.

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate Salesforce standard and custom functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, flows, validation rules, and security configurations.

Test custom Salesforce developments such as Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

Verify data integrity through data validation, migration, and reconciliation testing
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ Strong experience in Salesforce CRM platform and core business processes.

5+ Years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
