Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service due reminders.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle servicing.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update customer records.
- Coordinate with the Service Team for appointment and follow-up activities.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
