Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals and databases
* Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements
* Coordinate and schedule interviews
* Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records
* Support end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or calling
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Target-oriented and proactive attitude
* Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
- Hr Recruiter : 1 year (Preferred)
