About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Engineering Graduates to join our team as Project Engineers for Interior Fit-Out Projects. The role involves site execution, coordination with clients and internal teams, vendor management, and ensuring smooth project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
Candidates should be willing to travel and be deployed at project sites anywhere in India based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
► Coordinate and supervise interior fit-out project execution at site
► Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
► Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules
► Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for seamless execution
► Handle local material sourcing and coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required for project execution
► Monitor material availability, site logistics, and manpower requirements
► Ensure quality control, safety practices, and adherence to project standards
► Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
► Identify and resolve site-related challenges and escalate critical issues when necessary
► Support project planning, billing coordination, and handover activities
Candidate Requirements
✔ Engineering Graduate (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Interior Related Discipline Preferred)
✔ Freshers to 4 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Project Execution
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment
✔ Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation will be an advantage
✔ Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites anywhere in India during project execution
✔ Problem-solving mindset and execution-oriented approach
