Job Title: IT Support / Network & Cybersecurity Technician
We are looking for a motivated IT professional with a strong foundation in networking and a passion for cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, LAN, WAN, and DMZ environments.
- Perform network cabling, structured wiring, and hardware installation.
- Manage endpoint security solutions and assist with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and server operating systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify security risks, and help implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations and IT assets.
Requirements:
- Experience with networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, switches, routing, and DMZ.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and network wiring.
- Familiarity with endpoint security and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar) are a plus.
