Job Summary
Aldica Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Security Officer to oversee plant security operations and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and company premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and possess strong leadership and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant security operations.
- Manage security personnel and access control.
- Monitor visitor and vehicle movement.
- Handle incident reporting and emergency response.
- Ensure safety and security compliance across the premises.
