Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result driven HR Recruiter to support our UK recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Translators and Interpreters across multiple languages to meet requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Requirement:
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for Translator and Interpreter positions for UK region.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and onboarding.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding staffing requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international or UK hiring processes.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Highlights:

Timings: 01:30 Pm to 10:30 Pm/ 02:30Pm to 11:30pm MBA (HR) Preferred No transportation facility

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
