- Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspection of products
- Lead a small quality control team on the shop floor
- Maintain quality reports and inspection records
- Handle internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain Quality Control documents like control plans, check sheets, and inspection reports
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Identify and report quality issues and take corrective actions
- Support implementation of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
- Maintain clean and safe work environment in QC area
