1. Facilitate awareness sessions for patients at district centers.
2. Facilitate patient navigation, including referral coordination and treatment follow-ups.
3. Conduct awareness sessions to improve early detection rates in their respective districts.
4. Plan and execute awareness campaigns in their respective district center
5. Support data collection and ensure accurate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Work closely with local healthcare providers (HCP & Diagnostics centre etc) to streamline patient referrals.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
