We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Educate customers about the features, quality, certification, and benefits of lab-grown diamonds.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and product handling.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new collections, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of jewellery sales or gemstones is an added advantage.
- Ability to educate customers on the value and sustainability of lab-grown diamonds.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first approach.
