About Us:
At Mixtudio, we are a creative agency specializing in complete social media management for local brands and businesses. We provide a full spectrum of services to help brands grow and stand out—including end-to-end content strategy, video production, high-quality editing, and motion graphics. We are looking for a creative, highly organized intern or fresher to act as a Personal Assistant to the founder and help manage both our agency’s content and our clients' social presence.
The Role:
This is a hybrid role blending social media management, creative research, and hands-on production assistance. You will be the right hand to the founder, helping keep production moving smoothly.
- Internal Social Media: Manage Mixtudio’s own social media presence, post regularly, and help build our brand identity online.
- Client Content Strategy: Research trending formats, audio, and content ideas for our clients across various niches.
- Content Calendars: Assist in organizing and scheduling monthly social media content calendars for local business clients.
- Shoot Assistance: Accompany the founder on local shoots in Jaipur to manage gear, assist with lighting/audio setup, and capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
What You Will Learn :
This is not a traditional fetch-coffee internship. You will work directly alongside the founder and receive hands-on training.
- You will be personally taught professional video editing methods and workflows.
- You will learn exactly how a creative agency plans, shoots, and executes commercial video projects.
- You will gain real-world experience in client servicing and digital marketing strategy.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A Content Consumer: You live on Instagram and YouTube Shorts. You understand what makes a video engaging and know how to spot trends early.
- An Organizer: You know how to use tools like Google Sheets or Notion to build content calendars and keep ideas structured.
- A Fast Learner: You don't need to know advanced editing yet, but you must be hungry to learn it.
- Experience: Freshers or college students looking for a serious internship are welcome.
Compensation:
- Monthly Stipend: 10,000
- Travel expenses covered for all client shoot days.
- Potential to transition into a full-time, higher-paying role based on performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
