Job Details
- Position: Telecalling Executive
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Preferred Location: Chennai
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Eligibility
- Candidates preferably residing in Chennai
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Terms & Conditions
- Mandatory 3-day training at our Chennai office before joining.
- Mandatory weekly office visit (once a week) for review meetings and performance discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Follow up on insurance renewal leads.
- Explain insurance products and assist customers.
- Maintain accurate call records.
- Achieve assigned performance targets.
