We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all designated areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for our guests or residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to uphold our high standards of service.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, ensuring all surfaces are sparkling and free of grime.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
- Replenish amenities, towels, and supplies in rooms or common areas according to established standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective gear.
- Maintain a neat and organized cleaning cart and storage areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, special events, or other duties as assigned by management.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting stock levels and reorder needs to ensure continuous availability.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are consistently clean and presentable.

Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred. Experience in a Private Household setting is considered an advantage.
