key Responsibilities
- Treasury & Funds Management:
- Prepare daily Management Information Systems (MIS) and Bank MIS reports.
- Prepare daily Funds Flow Statements and 3-month rolling future liability statements.
- Monitor Cash Credit (CC) accounts, including interest servicing and detailed interest analysis across all CC accounts.
- Analyze secured and unsecured loans; prepare calculations for commission, TDS, and interest payments on unsecured loans.
- Banking & Trade Finance Operations:
- Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day coordination with all banking partners and financial institutions.
- Facilitate trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG).
- Handle custom duty processing, import/export financial compliance, foreign payments, inland payments, and GR waivers.
- Manage M1 Exchange transactions via factoring and post-dated cheques (PDC).
- Accounting, Reconciliations & Reporting:
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries and payment vouchers for all organizational disbursements.
- Analyze, compile, and upload monthly stock statements, debtor outstanding reports, and creditor outstanding statements to banks and financial institutions.
- Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
- Generate challans and process timely payments for GST and TDS liabilities.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory deductions and relevant tax laws.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/PGDM Finance preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in treasury operations, trade finance, corporate accounting, and banking coordination.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime/ERP 9).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling, MIS formatting).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
