Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the execution of tests, monitoring defect resolution, and utilizing quality processes and methodologies to ensure the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the testing activities. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving continuous improvement and achieving project goals.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
