Job Title: Sales Executive – Commercial Interiors

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and project closures in the commercial interiors segment. This role involves handling end-to-end sales—from lead conversion to final deal closure—across office, retail, clinic, and F&B projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into confirmed projects across commercial interior segments
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and understand project requirements
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to develop proposals
- Follow up on quotations and drive project closures
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior or construction sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Basic understanding of commercial interior projects is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
