1. End to End accountability – Customer order receipt, execution, and delivery to end customer
2. Plan, organize, and manage the work of the operations team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
3. Forecasting operational challenges and issues in advance to prevent potential impacts – Both internally and externally
4. Transporter Management – Ensure Faster material delivery through the appropriate transport vendor
5. Accountable for Inventory management
