Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine (additional cuisine experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
