Job Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
2. Drawing & Design Coordination
- Study architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Identify drawing conflicts and report them to the design team.
- Ensure site work follows the latest approved drawings.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers for site modifications.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect materials before installation.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Prepare snag lists and monitor rectification work.
4. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Track project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities.
5. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
- Provide project status updates.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
6. Material Management
- Verify material quantities and quality.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Coordinate deliveries with procurement teams.
- Maintain inventory records at site.
7. Measurement & Billing
- Prepare quantity measurements.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion.
- Assist in BOQ verification and cost control.
- Maintain site records and documentation.
8. Health & Safety
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Report and address unsafe conditions.
- Promote a safe working environment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of architectural and interior drawings.
- Understanding of construction methods and materials.
- AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency.
- Site measurement and quantity estimation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and project management abilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
