About Us: UP24Network is a rapidly growing digital news and media network in Lucknow with a strong community of over 50,000+ subscribers on our YouTube channel. We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our team and drive advertisement sales through outbound calling.
Job Summary: As a Sales Telecaller, your primary role will be calling local businesses, brands, and agencies to pitch our digital advertising packages and sponsorship opportunities. You must be comfortable making daily outbound calls, explaining media value, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential B2B clients (local businesses, showrooms, real estate, etc.) to generate leads.
- Pitch and explain the benefits of advertising on the UP24Network YouTube channel.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable digital ad packages.
- Follow up with potential leads to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate daily record of calls, leads, and sales in the database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (Basic English is required).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Outbound Sales, or BPO (Sales process).
- Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers.

- Work Location: This is strictly an on-site (Work From Office) role at our Lucknow office.
- Interview Mode: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a strictly Face-to-Face interview. No online or telephonic interviews will be conducted.
Experience:
- Telecalling/Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
