About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Product Engineer to independently develop, enhance, maintain and support an AI-enabled, mobile-responsive web application with significant AI-driven functionality.
The role requires a versatile developer who can work across the front end, back end, database, APIs, AI capabilities, testing and deployment, while understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
This is a broad, hands-on role requiring strong development fundamentals, practical experience with AI-assisted development, and the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for the application and customer implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development & Product Enhancement
- Develop, maintain and enhance responsive/mobile-enabled web applications.
- Work across front end, back end, databases, APIs and integrations.
- Develop new features based on business and customer requirements.
- Handle application logic, authentication, user management and integrations.
- Improve application usability, performance, security and maintainability.
- Debug and resolve application and production issues.
AI & AI-Assisted Development
- Work with and enhance AI-enabled features and workflows within the application.
- Understand the fundamentals of integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web applications.
- Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent tools as part of day-to-day development.
- Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation and test creation.
- Evaluate, validate, modify and test AI-generated code before deployment.
- Develop and maintain integrations with LLM/AI APIs, where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve product functionality and development productivity using AI.
- Stay current with emerging AI development tools and techniques.
Customer Implementation
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into application configurations or enhancements.
- Configure and deploy the application for customers.
- Set up users, roles, data and other configurations.
- Support integrations and customer-specific requirements.
- Support UAT, go-live and post-implementation issues.
- Interact directly with customers on technical requirements and troubleshooting.
- Independently manage the technical aspects of customer implementations.
Testing & Quality
- Perform functional and regression testing.
- Test new features and enhancements before release.
- Identify, troubleshoot and fix defects.
- Use automated testing where appropriate.
- Maintain disciplined development, testing and release practices.
Deployment & Maintenance
- Use Git/version control and sound development practices.
- Support development, staging and production environments.
- Manage builds, releases and deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation.
- Follow appropriate application security, backup and recovery practices.
Required Skills
Essential
- 3–5 years of practical software development experience.
- Strong web application development experience.
- Good front-end and back-end development skills.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Responsive/mobile-first web development.
- Git and version control.
- Good understanding of software testing and QA.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end responsibility.
- Practical understanding of AI/LLM integration in web applications.
- AI & Modern Development
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development.
- Ability to critically evaluate, modify and test AI-generated code.
- Understanding of integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI development tools and techniques.
Good to Have
- AWS, Azure, GCP or other cloud experience.
- CI/CD and Docker.
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Application security and authentication.
- SaaS/multi-tenant applications.
- Education, recruitment or employability platforms.
- Experience interacting directly with customers.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
