National Elevator is looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Head to lead our service operations.
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the elevator service department
Handle service planning, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and customer support
Prepare and review FTRs (Field Technical Reports) and technical documentation
Possess strong technical knowledge of elevators, elevator components, and troubleshooting
Support the sales team with technical expertise, including elevator spare parts and modernization solutions
Coordinate with technicians, customers, and management to ensure timely service delivery
Ensure high service quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry (preferred)
✔ Strong technical knowledge of elevators, controllers, drives, doors, and elevator spare parts
✔ Experience in service management, team handling, and customer relationship management
✔ Knowledge of elevator parts sales and technical reporting (FTR)
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Valid driving license will be an added advantage
