About the Role
Nestcon Shelters is looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Finishing Engineer to lead and execute all finishing activities across premium residential and villa projects. The role requires strong technical execution capability, quality orientation, contractor coordination, and project delivery expertise aligned with Nestcon’s standards of excellence, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in high-quality finishing works including flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, façade finishes, and interior coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Finishing Management
● Execute and monitor all finishing activities as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
● Supervise finishing works including:
○ Flooring & tiling
○ Painting & texture finishes
○ False ceiling works
○ Waterproofing
○ Joinery & carpentry
○ Aluminium & glazing works
○ Elevation & façade finishing
○ Internal & external finishing activities
● Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of finishing activities with MEP and civil teams.
● Track daily site progress and ensure milestone achievement.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
● Ensure all finishing works meet Nestcon quality benchmarks and approved standards.
● Conduct regular quality inspections and snag rectification monitoring.
● Ensure execution as per approved material samples and mock-ups.
● Maintain finishing checklists, inspection reports, and closure documentation.
● Coordinate with QA/QC teams for quality audits and compliance.
3. Contractor & Vendor Coordination
● Manage finishing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
● Monitor manpower productivity and contractor performance.
● Verify work measurements and assist billing certification processes.
● Ensure timely material availability in coordination with purchase and stores teams.
● Resolve site-level execution and coordination issues proactively.
4. Planning, Reporting & Handover
● Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
● Monitor project schedules and identify delays with corrective action plans.
● Support project handover activities and customer walkthrough inspections.
● Ensure timely closure of customer snags and finishing punch points.
● Coordinate with CRM and projects teams during possession and handover stages.

Educational Qualification
● B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
● Additional certifications in construction management or quality control are an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in premium residential or villa projects preferred
● Ability to independently handle finishing execution for large-scale projects
● Strong leadership and coordination skills
● High ownership mindset with focus on timelines and quality delivery
● Familiarity with modern construction and finishing practices

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,911,230.00 per month
