We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join our Quantity Surveying Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender analysis, and budget planning for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals.
- Analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct rate analysis and value engineering studies.
- Support tender submissions and bid evaluations.
- Coordinate with design and QS teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
- Prepare cost reports and assist in project cost control activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
