Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries related to machinery, spare parts, and industrial tools.
* Explain machine specifications, functions, and technical details to clients.
* Generate and follow up on sales leads.
* Coordinate with technical and production teams for customer requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order follow-ups.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable machinery and spare parts.
* Support online inquiries received through website, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Required Skills:
* Understanding of industrial machinery and spare parts.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand technical products quickly.
* Knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
* Confidence in client handling and sales coordination.
Qualification:
* Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
* Only experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Candidate:
* Experience in machinery sales or industrial products will be an added advantage.
* Knowledge of non-woven machinery, ultrasonic systems, or industrial tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
