Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Ensure professional communication with customers at all times.
