About the Role
Willsun Pharma is seeking a self-driven sales and marketing specialist to expand our pharmaceutical reach. This is a strictly performance-based, commission-only role with full schedule flexibility and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor & Clinic Visits: Visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies on-site to detail products and build relationships.
- Direct Sales: Pitch products, close sales orders, and secure repeat business.
- Performance Marketing: Run targeted digital or offline offices to generate new medical leads.
- Territory Growth: Identify and onboard new clinics, retail outlets, and other medical stores facilities.
Requirements
- Strong communication, sales negotiation, and field outreach skills.
- Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical sales or performance marketing.
- High self-motivation to manage your own hours and field visits.
Compensation & Expense Terms
- Commission Only: Earnings are tied directly to sales performance—the more orders you generate, the more you earn.
- Order-Linked Expenses: Travel and field expenses are paid only when accompanied by a minimum some confirmed sales order.
- Total Work Flexibility: Set your own hours and manage your territory as you see fit.
