Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Director provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication, time management, confidentiality, and multitasking skills to ensure the efficient functioning of the Director's office and smooth execution of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks, correspondence, and commitments.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain effective communication across departments.
Documentation & Reporting
- Draft letters, emails, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases.
- Compile and present information for management review.
- Prepare periodic status reports and summaries.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
- Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and executive functions.
Office Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Director's office.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Assist with project coordination and special assignments as directed.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
