We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced English Communication Faculty cum Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our students'/candidates' English language proficiency, communication skills, and overall personality development to make them career-ready.
Key Responsibilities Language Training: Conduct engaging classes on English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
Skill Development: Train students in soft skills, including public speaking, presentation skills, interview preparation, resume building, and group discussions.
Curriculum Design: Develop and update effective training modules and learning materials. Assessments: Evaluate students' progress regularly through tests, mock interviews, and practical sessions, providing constructive feedback.
Mentorship: Guide and motivate students to build their confidence and overcome the fear of public speaking.
