- Project Supervision and Execution: Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work complies with structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
- Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing site safety protocols, regulations, and managing hazard risks for workers and the public.
- Technical Coordination & Problem Solving: Solving on-site engineering challenges, interpreting blueprints, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Planning and Progress Monitoring: Developing schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and preparing daily/weekly progress reports for management.
