Experience in software troubleshooting, analysis and resolution.

Hands-On experience with Azure Git Repos, VSTS, setting up/configuring CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Good investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of client issues with the supported software applications

Provide Application support provider via phone, E-mail, and the Incident management tool.

Work in a Change Management and Ticketing environment

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Professional work experience of 5 to 7 years.
