KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Calendar & Task Management • Own and manage the executive’s calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time based on business impact. • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, logistics, and follow-ups. • Track action items and deadlines across multiple workstreams to ensure timely completion. Meeting & Presentation Support • Build meeting agendas in coordination with stakeholders. • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and talking points for internal and external meetings. • Capture minutes and action items, and follow up to ensure execution. Market Research & Data Support • Conduct structured market, industry, competitor, and business trend research relevant to ongoing initiatives. • Synthesize research into concise, data-backed insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries. • Support ad hoc business analysis and decision support with clear takeaways and implications. Communication & Coordination • Serve as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion. • Handle confidential information with sound judgment. QUALIFICATIONS • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution (required). • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-accountability environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze information, and convert findings into actionable insights. • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and calendar/scheduling tools. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
