Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support
* Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
* Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Required
* Qualifications & Skills - Graduates with Excellent communication skills will be preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
