We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional to drive end-to-end execution of communication, social media, events, and marketing operations. This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and content creation, ensuring all initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Social Media Management
- Execute day-to-day social media content across platforms
- Write engaging captions, posts, and basic scripts
- Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and timelines
- Track basic engagement metrics and ensure regular updates
2. Content Creation & Execution
- Create and curate content for digital and offline communication
- Support development of creatives, reels, and short-form videos
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand ethos
3. Designing & Video Editing
- Design creatives using Adobe Suite, Canva, and CorelDRAW
- Edit videos and reels for social media and internal communication
- Coordinate with designers/creative partners when required
4. Events Management & Coverage
- Support planning and execution of school events and initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Capture event highlights through content, photos, and videos
- Ensure timely post-event communication and visibility
5. Marketing Operations
- Support execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for roll-out of activities
- Manage databases, basic reporting, and follow-ups
- Assist in admissions-related marketing efforts and outreach
- Ensure smooth implementation of ongoing marketing activities
6. Coordination & Implementation
- Work closely with academic teams, leadership, and external partners
- Ensure timely execution of all communication and marketing requirements
- Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Key Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with designing and video editing tools
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Strong coordination and execution ability
- Basic understanding of marketing operations
- Eye for detail and aesthetics
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in social media, content creation, events, and marketing execution preferred.
- Local Candidates from Hyderabad City - Telangana will be preferred
