We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to manage and execute construction projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and execution
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and junior engineers
- Review drawings, plans, and technical specifications
- Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Track project progress and prepare reports
- Handle site issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
- Experience in real estate projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of local building regulations
