Experience
6-10 years of relevant experience in the tea industry.
Key Responsibilities
Tea tasting, valuation, and quality assessment of CTC and Orthodox teas.
Management of auction tea sales and client coordination.
Development and expansion of private tea sales across domestic and export markets.
Building and maintaining relationships with tea producers, buyers, exporters, and industry stakeholders.
Market analysis, price trend monitoring, and preparation of market intelligence reports.
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
Candidate Profile -
Graduate with strong exposure to the tea industry.
Proven experience in tea tasting and tea marketing.
Sound understanding of auction procedures and private tea sales.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
Existing industry contacts will be an added advantage.
