Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost control, billing, and project cost management.
Responsibilities
* Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
* Verify and measure project quantities.
* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
* Handle client and subcontractor billing.
* Monitor project costs and budgets.
* Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
* Maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
